Responsibilities: Analyzes customer data and maintains the Senior Settlement Advisors databases, including but not limited to filling with new clients, clearing out unnecessary clients and data, and ensuring that Senior Settlement Advisors are maintaining their databases. Monitors the clients payment activity by analyzing the payments schedule and communicating with the Retention Specialists ensuring follow up is made to clients that have missed payments and ensure payment schedule is up to date. Monitors payment schedules to ensure the escrow balance is sufficient for the next due date and the payments are current. Partners with retention/customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure the communication is clear interdepartmentally and aligned with Coastal Debt Resolves strategy. Ensures the draft schedules include all pertinent information such as fees and settlement payment. Calculates the amount and number of payments missing to cover the program and ensures a new contract will be created, sent, and signed for the program to meet the requirements.

Revises client statuses (Hold, Suspended, Cancelled, PIF, Graduated) and ensures they are accurate and up to date; immediate action should be taken on any issues related to the clients status.
