Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker to perform various maintenance tasks including scraping, sanding, and painting of fascia and soffits, repair or replacement as needed, interior trim replacement and repair for windows and doors, installation and/or removal of door hardware (hinges and door handles), and general building maintenance. The role also includes ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
Responsibilities
Scrape, sand, and paint fascia and soffits of the building.
Repair or replace fascia and soffits as needed.
Replace and repair interior trim for windows and doors.
Install and/or remove door hardware such as hinges and door handles.
Perform basic building maintenance tasks.
Ensure general cleanup of the work area.
Essential Skills
Painting (2 years)
Carpentry (2 years)
Construction
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months of experience performing painting & carpentry work with trim, fascia, or soffits.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
