UCHealth Housekeeper in Fort Collins, Colorado
Join our UCHealth team as a Housekeeper at Poudre Valley Hospital. Active, fast-paced, and fun team! Come clean at a hospital grade level and make an impact to patient care! After six months of employment in this role, we’ll help you become a Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician! This role Creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the appearance of the facility.
This position is eligible for differential pay on weekends and nights. One free meal available per worked shift. Uniforms are provided. Work Schedule: Full Time Evenings (32 hours/week)
Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
Follows policies and procedures on patient isolation. Stocks paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.
Performs linen pick-up, presorting, and loading and unloading of machines as necessary.
- High School diploma or GED
The pay range for this position is: $15.00 - $18.02 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
