Job description About us - We are a premier home healthcare company in Colorado seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Worker. Our team members are integral to delivering quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Essential Duties:

Provide in-home care services to patients with diverse medical conditions. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Homemaker Service, dusting, sweeping, meal prep and such. Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Maintains prompt and regular attendance. Performs related work as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally. Ability to resolve conflict, negotiate and solve problems. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and fulfill requirement of HIPAA laws. Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and professional demeanor. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour*

*$20 for private pay clients only

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
