Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team specializing in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of modular process systems for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. We are a leader in the design and fabrication of custom modular systems, providing services to both domestic and international customers. This role involves welding and fabricating all stainless steel, custom systems with occasional work on carbon steel.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and occasionally on carbon steel.
Execute fitting and welding duties including pipe welds, tube welds, and frame welds.
Work on projects ranging from 14 to 8G, and dimensions from 3/4 inch to 18G.
Handle a variety of custom work assignments.
Work from blueprints and utilize hand and power tools.
Essential Skills
5 years of TIG welding and fabricating experience.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Strong skills in stainless steel welding.
Experience with grinding, assembly, fitting, and fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of experience in grinding and polishing welds.
Welding tech degree.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no weekend work and up to 5 hours of overtime possible. Our shop is very clean, organized, and specialized in custom work. We have a total of 70 employees, with 35 in the welding and fabrication department.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
