Do you fix things fast & love a challenge? We are seeking a 1st Shift CNC Maintenance Technician for a Plastic Mold Injection Company- Be Our Production Floor Hero! You'll:
Diagnose & repair all equipment, from complex machinery to auxiliary units.
Install new machines & customize existing ones.
Maintain building systems & assist with special projects.
Implement new technologies & keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
Tech school training or 3+ years' experience fixing injection molding machinery
Troubleshooting & repair skills
Collaborative & independent work style

Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with all employees.
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems of production equipment.
Repair all auxiliary equipment such as temperature controllers, granulators and conveyors
Install new machinery; modify equipment to meet special requirements.
Maintain building, lighting, ventilation and HVAC systems.
Perform minor janitorial duties throughout the facility.
Complete preventive maintenance schedules on all equipment.
Assist outside contractors, manufacturing engineering and secondary operations with special projects.
Implement new technologies.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
