MMI Hospitality Group Bartender in Fontana Dam, North Carolina
MMI Hotel Group is now managing Fontana Village located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and is under new ownership who plan on making the lodge a destination for families, groups and outdoor enthusiasts. Fontana Village is now hiring for bartenders.
The Bartender must maintain knowledge of several areas including bar inventory and wine selection to answer guest questions; state laws and guidelines for beverage service; and suggestive selling techniques. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service by developing knowledge of all menu items, ensuring correct orders and bills and completing opening and closing duties as necessary and can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays this could be the job for you.
