ST genetics International Order Service Coordinator in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin


Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Reports to: Order Fulfillment Manager

Summary of Position:

The International Order/Service Coordinator will assist with International semen and embryo sales. They will provide support to assigned Sales Reps, customers, and distributors in a manner that maintains and grows STgenetics’ sales. Additionally, they will prepare documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for STgenetics’ international product shipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Support (Service)

  • Communicate new or updated Customer contact information with STgenetics’ Accounting Department

  • Coordinate orders from start to finish with assigned Sales Rep, Customer, and Order Fulfillment Team

  • Enter orders and backorders in CMS

  • Research, discuss, and request semen if necessary, from other salespeople

  • Transmit DNA parentage verification, pedigree, recessive information, photos, etc. to our Int’l customers

  • Determine what information can and should be communicated to each customer and other individuals involved with the order

  • Follow the International timeline and follow the responsibilities of the Sale’s person (SP) within those descriptions

  • Provide support to and back up to other Salespeople when necessary

International Order Logistics

  • Coordinate and ensure the timeline of international orders is met for the designated regions once confirmed in CMS

  • Communicate with external distribution sites if inventory transfer and Health Certificates are needed

  • Commit external distribution units when ordered

  • Commit internal units if trained in said country

  • Request Freight Quotes for International shipments

  • Review the final packing list and communicate with Sales Rep/Coordinator if there are any discrepancies

  • Upload final packing lists to CMS

  • Create the first portion of the Health Certificate with the donor identification chart

  • Add test results to health certificates if trained in said country

  • Communicate to the Sire Health department when the test section of health documents must be prepared

  • Maintain order files, communicate changes, and respond to sales rep’s inquiries regarding the status of shipments.

  • Schedule and Coordinate International freight forwarder transactions

  • Create and maintain country-specific shipping checklists

  • Maintain Shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to appropriate personnel on request.

  • Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain knowledge of current international hazardous material shipping regulations

  • Report issues to the International Service Order Supervisor that are not part of the routine process flow

  • Provide information on Freight Claims

  • Proofread all documents. i.e., IHC, IP, CI to ensure they match

  • Attend weekly meetings with the Order Fulfillment Group

  • Maintain final documents in the manner outlined for electronic storage backup

  • Ensure the shipping area stays free of debris and clutter

  • Other duties deemed necessary


  • Highschool diploma/GED

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Logistics experience

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Must possess a strong work ethic

  • Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Self-Motivated, ambitious and results-driven.
