Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling pumps and rotors, following established instructions and procedures. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently as well as under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Assemble products from assembly instructions, ensuring high-quality standards.
Prep parts, build sub-assemblies, and construct pump/motor assemblies.
Accurately report lot codes of components used in assemblies, and record completed assemblies.
Pour epoxy to pot electronic assemblies as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the shop and perform related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with assembly and production processes
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specific tools such as torque wrenches, T-handle Allen wrenches, torque screwdrivers, pneumatic butterfly tools, impact wrenches, regular open wrenches, hand screwdrivers, screw guns, crimpers, and wire strippers
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience
No specific certifications or education required

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean warehouse setting. The current shift starts at 6 AM, with no overtime required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Folsom, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
