Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Greater Sacramento/Folsom, CA area
Pay Range: $30.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
We have a need for a business process analyst who is looking to developer their skills into the project management real. The role will be responsible for ensuring clean ordering and logistics process communication between the product/platform execution teams, the motherboard manufacturing execution teams, the business unit technical enablement teams, and the internal/external customer account teams as well as managing issue escalation.
Skills Required:
Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, PIVOT tables, IF statements, etc..)
Comfortable with numbers (financial data, order data, etc.)
Comfortable with formulas
Ability to use excel feature to summarize data
Attention to detail, Accuracy (sanity check everything!)
Command of the English Language
Ability to sort through large amounts of data and reconcile it
Ability to communicate with Internal Business Unit stakeholders (phone, email)
Ability to be concise in email and verbal communications
Self-directed and Self-motivated
Eagerness to learn
Tolerance of ambiguity – ability to quickly adapt to change
Skills preferred:
Business Process Analysis experience
Customer support experience
Microsoft PowerBI familiarity
Tool which will be used:
Microsoft Tools:
Excel (Expert)
Word (Beginner)
Power Point (Beginner)
OneNote (Beginner)
PowerBI (familiarity – desired)
Internal Tools – training will be provided
Tasks which will need support:
Run Daily/Weekly Reports
Reports are for order/shipment details of orders in Design in Tools for specific programs being supported
Will need to verify information and make judgement calls based on data available
Used for ensuring Business Units supported are up-to-date on the information. Some priority changes may come back from business units depending on need.
Lead Weekly Meetings – take notes – manage actions required
Interpret, Analyze and Maintain data from and to multiple reports
Determine if certain orders can be shipped
Determine if certain orders have been paid
Update reports as necessary depending on analysis results
Be the point of contact for escalations from the business units supported
If email received, determine if someone else needs to be involved of solve problem as necessary
Work with Business Units and External vendors to support changes to services provided by Design In Tools
Sometimes product changes are needed, external vendor who supports the products will need to be contacted to make changes
