Our Managed Services Operations Tech team within the Managed Services Platform will provide you direct interaction with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute on priority growth initiatives within this fast-growing platform.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Building a managed services organization with a passion for building new service offerings and identifying whitefield opportunities in the Testing space;

  • Designing and driving implementation of end to end test automation strategies and frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of a cloud based SaaS platform, including functional correctness, performance, scale and security;

  • Collaborating with product and support teams in order to identify automation needs, create test strategies, test plans, and design and build automation solutions;

  • Performing automation of Acceptance, API, Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, Security and E2E testing;

  • Creating and automating reusable business-level tests that are easy to maintain, even when underlying features change;

  • Working with the product team to understand new features, triage and troubleshoot major product issues, prioritize defects, identify solutions, and determine root causes;

  • Implementing testing status reports with detailed QA metrics and drive improved automation test coverage across product releases;

  • Performing evaluation, analysis and makes recommendations regarding tool usage and selection;

  • Designing and developing test tools that allow teams to scale out to support new features;

  • Providing technical direction and support to team members in multiple geographic locations on automation frameworks and all aspects of automation testing to ensure industry standards and best practices are followed;

  • Hiring skilled staff, train, coach, mentor and actively manage QA resources;

  • Working with development, quality assurance, DevOps and product management teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of automation;

  • Utilizing automation tools and methodologies to improve individual team effectiveness and to increase efficiencies in the QA process;

  • Establishing Test Environments Management and Test Data Management strategies and implementing them for different testing activities;

  • Possessing proven communication and presentation skills, experience working with variety of senior IT stakeholders;

  • Leading the ideation and development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions that package leading practices and enable rapid deployment of high quality solutions for our clients;

  • Leading and shaping the development of and execution of GTM strategy and industry specific offerings/assets;

  • Leading the sales and business development effort for Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Insights opportunities, supporting practice leaders in business development;

  • Leading the development of intellectual property related to Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Insights and delivery market leading point of views at industry events;

  • Acting as a leader on next generation Data analytics architectures/tools/solutions, leveraging your knowledge and experience to meet client’s needs;

  • Building proven relationships with client leaders and advising them on industry leading trends and practices;

  • Working across multiple teams, both functional and technical, to shape engagement strategy/roadmaps/plans;

  • Leading and driving the sizing effort related to Data analytics work, plan and build teams utilizing onsite/offshore mix, utilizing deployment models for efficient delivery of solution;

  • Performing as a team leader by creating a positive environment, build proven team members based on coaching and mentoring, shaping next generation of Data analytics leaders; and,

  • Providing candid feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP Retail solutions.

  • Understanding of the various modules and functionalities, such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, Pricing, Promotions, Point of Sale (POS), and Master Data Management.

  • Strong understanding of the retail industry, business processes, trends, and challenges. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, pricing strategies, promotions, customer management, and omni-channel retailing.

  • Being able to lead and manage SAP Retail implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication

  • Strong business analysis skills are necessary to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment between business needs and SAP Retail solutions.

  • Ability to design and configure SAP Retail solutions based on business requirements. Ability to configurate, customizing, and ensuring the solution meets the business needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage and manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

  • Ability to provide training and support to end-users is crucial. This includes conducting user training sessions, creating training materials, and providing post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of SAP Retail solutions.

  • Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing experience in the following areas:

  • 3 or more of the automation tools & frameworks such as Protractor, Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, SonarQube, Veracode, etc.;

  • Core Java and Javascript/NodeJS;

  • Linux environments including Ubuntu, Debian,etc.;

  • Docker, Kubernetes and cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.;

  • Big Data, Hadoop stack,etc.;

  • Continuous integration development and deployment using Jenkins; and,

  • REST/GraphQL and API Testing.
