Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, results-oriented Project Management Leader to contribute to our continued legacy of innovation. This position is for a Project Management Leader for elevator components, subsystems, and systems. You will lead the cross-functional integrated product development team responsible for making and delivering on all project commitments, including project schedule, budget, product cost targets, and technical performance. This position covers the definition and management of all activities from inception to successful factory and field implementation. You will work across all engineering disciplines, marketing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional integrated product development team.

  • Ensure project schedule, budget, product cost targets, and technical performance are met.

  • Manage all project activities from inception to successful factory and field implementation.

  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field personnel.

  • Negotiate and facilitate meetings effectively.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in schedule management, risk management, cross-functional team leadership, and formal phase-gate processes.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • Proficiency in all elements of the Project Management Process Groups and Knowledge Areas as defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

  • Strong communication skills (English/Spanish is a plus).

  • Strong leadership and team leadership experience.

  • Experience working with suppliers and third parties.

  • Sound engineering understanding.

  • Knowledge of elevator systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

  • Master's Degree with 3 to 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

  • Strong preference for candidates with relevant industry experience.

Work Environment

This role is primarily based in a manufacturing environment. Travel requirements are less than 5%.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
