Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for properly maintaining and repairing assigned company production machinery, mechanical equipment, and/or property in a generalist capacity. This may include preventative maintenance, welding, and fabrication as needed. The role involves the maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance of all equipment and assisting in keeping all equipment and facility in good repair to ensure continuous and effective operation. The Maintenance Tech will perform advanced maintenance duties using both hand tools and power tools, read mechanical schematics, and participate in training directed at increasing job-related trade skills.
Responsibilities
Properly maintain and repair assigned company production machinery and mechanical equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance, welding, and fabrication as needed.
Perform advanced maintenance tasks such as reading mechanical schematics, cutting and keying a shaft, broaching a sprocket, welding stainless metal, and using metal sheers and benders.
Perform setup and tear down of equipment and assist with major repairs and construction required to plant buildings and stationary equipment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure an orderly work area according to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Participate in and successfully complete training to increase job-related trade skills.
Assist with the training of lower level maintenance employees.
Perform duties in compliance with company policies and procedures and in a safe manner according to State, Federal, and company regulations.
Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and standards of conduct.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48360.00 - $67080.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in FLORENCE,KY.
