Malone Solutions Customer Service Representive in Florence, Kentucky
Day Shift; Monday-Friday (hours between 8am-8:30am - 4:30pm-5pm) Pay $16-$18 / hourPrimary•Answering phones and processing purchase orders via telephone, e-mail or websites•Researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding status of open orders/shipments•Addressing customer issues and ensuring customer problems are accurately resolved•Daily projects and issue-resolution using analytical and problem-solving skillsSecondary•Work in other areas of Welding Alloys as workload allows•Occasionally help in warehouse when needed - ability to lift up to 45 lbsDesired skills•Excellent customer service skills- coupled with accurate data entry•Strong written, and follow through skills•Proficient in Excel and Word•Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required•Positive attitude with good office skills•Customer service experience
