Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Florence, Kentucky. The role is within a manufacturing company, where you will not be working in a call center but rather in close proximity with a small team.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are promptly addressed
• Accurately and efficiently input customer orders, and make necessary corrections in the SAP system
• Take responsibility for resolving issues related to order entries and purchase orders
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records of customer interactions and transactions
• Check customer accounts regularly and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
• Apply your customer service skills to foster strong relationships with our customers
• Conduct data entry tasks and ensure all customer data is up-to-date and accurate
• Work closely with a small team, offering mutual support and collaboration
• Correct any billing errors and ensure all invoices are accurate before sending to customers.
Requirements • Proficient in SAP software for managing business operations and customer relations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Familiarity with order entry processes and best practices.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in handling purchase orders, including creating, tracking, and managing them.
• Ability to ensure correct billing by verifying transaction information, computing charges and refunds, and preparing invoices. TalentMatch®
