Position: Recruitment Specialist (Non-Remote)

Description:We're seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is pivotal in ensuring our company's staffing needs are met across multiple national stations, aligning with our growing demands.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Strategize and execute detailed manpower planning, including succession planning for managerial roles, to ensure all positions are adequately staffed.

  • Manage job postings effectively, exploring innovative avenues to attract potential candidates who align with our company values.

  • Conduct initial screening of candidates via telephone, confirming interest, and ensuring alignment with budget parameters.

  • Build applicant sources through research and outreach to community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.

  • Utilize various channels such as job advertisements, recruiters, newsgroups, and online job sites to attract qualified candidates.

  • Evaluate applicant qualifications in alignment with job requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers.

  • Maintain timely reporting on recruitment activity to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience level: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or related field.

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-person.

Salary:Starting from $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Recruiters must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to convey information clearly and positively through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

  • Focus and Multitasking: This position demands focus and the capability to manage multiple job applications and requisitions daily, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Spanish Proficiency (Optional): Fluency in Spanish is advantageous, enhancing the recruiter's ability to engage with a diverse candidate pool.

  • Educational Background: An Associate's Degree coupled with four years of experience in staffing/recruitment or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources combined with two years' experience in staffing/recruitment is preferred.
