Position: Recruitment Specialist (Non-Remote)
Description:We're seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is pivotal in ensuring our company's staffing needs are met across multiple national stations, aligning with our growing demands.
Major Accountabilities:
Strategize and execute detailed manpower planning, including succession planning for managerial roles, to ensure all positions are adequately staffed.
Manage job postings effectively, exploring innovative avenues to attract potential candidates who align with our company values.
Conduct initial screening of candidates via telephone, confirming interest, and ensuring alignment with budget parameters.
Build applicant sources through research and outreach to community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.
Utilize various channels such as job advertisements, recruiters, newsgroups, and online job sites to attract qualified candidates.
Evaluate applicant qualifications in alignment with job requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Maintain timely reporting on recruitment activity to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience level: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or related field.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-person.
Salary:Starting from $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Recruiters must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to convey information clearly and positively through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Focus and Multitasking: This position demands focus and the capability to manage multiple job applications and requisitions daily, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Spanish Proficiency (Optional): Fluency in Spanish is advantageous, enhancing the recruiter's ability to engage with a diverse candidate pool.
Educational Background: An Associate's Degree coupled with four years of experience in staffing/recruitment or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources combined with two years' experience in staffing/recruitment is preferred.
