Automation Movers International is seeking an entry-level Recruiter with customer service skills and willing to learn. The Recruiter's primary role is to maximize company profits and providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily client interactions
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Lead team's full-cycle recruitment efforts streamlining and brainstorming improvement of processes
- Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and recruitment campaigns
- Sources resumes, coordinates the offer process with hiring manager, initiates required drug and background screens, complete the onboarding process
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, trade schools, etc
- Develops and maintains superior rapport with internal and external customers to ensure staffing goals are met
- Manages current candidate activity in Bullhorn
Skills and qualification required:
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated & detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage his/her own priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the company's interests
