Job Summary:

As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a key role in providing excellent patient care service to our patients we serve. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a person-centered environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly, creating a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere in- person as well as through telephone and/ or electronic communication.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Anticipate and address patient's needs proactively, providing compassionate support and actively listening to patient concerns and needs. Assisting with any questions and/or requests related to concerns and needs.

Offer guidance and resources for patient support programs and community services.

Manage patient check-ins, appointments and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Maintain an organized front office area, to include the waiting room to create a positive first impression for patients including ensuring facility cleanliness (including patient restroom when necessary through hourly monitoring).

Assist in managing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Schedule appointments confirm appointments and provide reminders to patients as necessary.

Assist with visitor sign-in /out.

Assist with filing necessary documentation in patient records electronically and/or physically when necessary.

Maintain a secure environment by monitoring clinic entrances and exits.

Enforce clinic security policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of patients and staff
