Job Description:

In this position you will be part of the 1st and 2nd Level Technical support Team for Intraoral 3D Scanners and DEXIS Imaging Software. You will be responsible to answer all questions and inquiries from dealer and dentists (technical and general administrative, via phone, email or MS Teams ), Ensure all inboxes (CRM queue, e-mail, chat ..etc.) are empty, Proactive action in case either the service level is not met or the daily work not managed and Continuously improve his technical knowledge.

This Job is also suitable for persons with disabilities; attendance required – disabled-accessible building.

Job Requirements:

  • Technical Education in Software and/or IT

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • Experience in Servicing and Installing Equipment, Computers and Software

Nice to have:

  • CAD CAM / Dental Equipment Experience

  • PMS installation and troubleshooting experience.

  • Very good Communication Skills (verbal & written)

  • Sense of Urgency, must be able to recognize and set priorities.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operative systems, Windows 10 and 11 at support level

  • Any other European Language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, French) would be an advantage.
