Position Title: Production Operator III
Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Location: Fishers, IN
Job Summary:
The Operator III Associate is required to learn multiple production positions and is responsible for a clean and organized production area. This role fills multiple positions as assigned or in relief. Assist in training new employees.
Job Duties:
Observes plant safety rules and assists management in oversight of safety roles.
Knowledge on packaging equipment
Quality inspection of finished product
Able to utilize manual pallet jack.
Responsible for housekeeping.
Requires regular on time attendance.
Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
Must meet most of or all the requirements shown in the training matrix shown for an OPIII and OPII.
Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the organization; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
Experience/Knowledge
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in a warehouse and/or industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Standing and walking approximately 90 (ninety) percent of work time.
Willingness to work all/any shifts.
Typical plant/manufacturing environment with concrete floors and moving equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
