SIGN-ON BONUS: $500/after 30 days; an additional $500/after 90 days

Responsibilities
Installation Excellence: Safely deliver, uncrate, assemble, and install various commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and adherence to product specifications.
Equipment Handling: Properly load, unload, and handle equipment and tools for delivery and installation.
Structural Installation: Hang and secure shelving, racking, and other structural components as needed.
Documentation: Complete all necessary work documentation accurately, including job progress and hours worked.
Safety First: Attend required safety training sessions and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school diploma/certificate in a mechanical-related field preferred. Experience with basic hand and power tools is required.
Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks. Must obtain forklift certification and have basic computer skills.
Physical Demands: Capable of heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more) and performing various physical activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing, and crouching. Must have close and peripheral vision and depth perception.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in extreme hot and cold temperatures, indoors and outdoors. Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends. Willingness to travel extensively and occasionally stay overnight.
