Job Summary
Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works alongside team members to set up, plan and execute catering events across the property.
Sets and maintains par levels in all areas.
Communicates and plans with other departments to ensure event day runs smoothly.
Holds ServSafe food and alcohol certifications or state equivalent certification.
Trains attendants and runners where product is held, how to set and execute events while following processes and procedures in place.
Maintains a courteous, friendly demeanor with all team members and guests at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
