• Holds an Associate Degree with professional secretarial coursework and three years of experience
• Knows personal computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc
• Has the ability to interpret and apply procedures in designing databases
• Uses effective oral and written communication
• Possesses the professional and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with school personnel and the community

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
• Hearing and speaking to exchange information in person or on the telephone
