Motus, LLC d/b/a Motus Integrated Technologies seeks a Product and Program Manager in Farmington Hills, MI. Duties: responsible for activities related to launching new model programs from concept to production and achieving targets on time; lead the management of new product development and launch programs; apply all the elements of the Product Launch System for successful achievement of key milestones within the product development and launch process; manage the day-to-day project details including creating and updating tactical plans; manage and lead a cross functional launch team; manage the change process to ensure timely implementation of product changes; manage customer communication, timeline, and manage the program scope including quoting cost, time, and product impact for customer changes. Position is based at company's location in Farmington Hills, MI option to work from home approx 2 days per wk within daily commuting distance from Farmington Hills, MI. Monthly travel required to Motus facility in Spartanburg, SC and supplier facility in Lincoln, AL in order to prepare location and team for new product launch. Qualifications: Bach Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering or related engineering field plus 60 months exp in product engineering launch. Apply to E.
