Description
We are looking for anAccounts Payable Specialist. This person will be responsible for coding, and processing invoices for a number of different properties. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to review and process utility invoices.
Responsibilities:
Work with Accounting and Property teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
Maintain 1099 vendor files for accuracy and up to date W9’s for tax reporting
Special projects as required
Help resolve discrepancies and problems
Respond to vendor inquiries
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working on Accounts Payable
Some related college education preferred, but not required
Strong technical/software skills (Yardi recommended, but not required
Very detail oriented
Meticulous work product
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage deadlines.
Good math, communication, and research skills
