Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 3
Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician 3 will be responsible for performing set-ups and changeovers on a coiler machine in a safe manufacturing environment. This role contributes to the production of high-quality water management products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Perform set-ups and changeovers on a coiler machine.
Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production of products.
Conduct corrective maintenance and inspections.
Communicate with the machine to ensure optimal production of pipes.
Adhere to safety rules and operating instructions.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation, set-ups, and changeovers.
Ability to perform corrective maintenance and inspections.
Electrical knowledge or the ability to learn under NFPA 70E standards.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Forklift operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.
Experience with or ability to learn electrical standards (NFPA 70E).

Work Environment
The position offers openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs from 6am to 2pm, and the 2nd shift runs from 2pm to 11pm with a $2 differential. The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse where steel-toed boots are required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
