Job Description:
An Administrative fellowship is a preceptor-directed program designed to nurture independence and experiential learning by an individual who has recently obtained a Masters of Health Administration degree. As such, it represents a way to assist Fellows in their transition to the Healthcare Profession from academically acquired knowledge to the actual management of healthcare organizations. The fellowship is structured, lasting one year, and involves the opportunity to work side-by-side with Senior Leaders to experience leadership opportunities, including: Strategic Planning, Operations, Business Development, Employee Engagement Strategies, Process Improvement, and New Ventures. While the organization may offer the fellow permanent employment, it is not required to, nor is the fellow obliged to accept such an offer.Leadership Experiences Include:• Administration Services • Finance • Human Resources • Process Excellence • Hospital Based Services • Clinical Operations • Information Systems • Other areas of interestApplications will close September 20th 2024
Education Qualifications:
