TAD PGS, Inc. Executive Assistant in Falls Church, Virginia

We have an outstanding Contract position for anExecutive Assistantto join a leading Company located in theFalls Church, VAsurrounding area.

US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Supports President and VP-level executives.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staff schedules.

  • Arranges in-person and virtual meetings, maintains hard and soft-copy records that may involve proprietary information, maintains office supplies, and coordinates / makes travel arrangements.

  • Provides general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing, and data entry.

  • Some project coordinator responsibilities.

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 years of related work experience.

  • Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft.

    Desired Qualifications :

  • AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience supporting VP and/or C-Level Executives Effective verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information.

  • Superior organizational skills and good analytical ability.

  • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Project coordinator experience is a plus.

  • Experience with making travel arrangements

  • Prefer to have experience with Concur for travel, other systems are fine.

  • Prefer to have some project coordinator experience.
