Job Title: Die Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Candidates will be in the die repair department. More than half of their day-to-day will involve spot welds and repairs of industrial dies. All welding will be done using TIG and Stick welding techniques. The other half of their responsibilities will involve mechanical repair and troubleshooting, along with participating in a preventative maintenance program on all machinery. There will also be some expectation to assist in the brazing department as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform spot welds and repairs on industrial dies using TIG and Stick welding.
Conduct mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on various machinery.
Participate in a preventative maintenance program for all machinery.
Assist in the brazing department as needed.
Essential Skills
2+ years of TIG Welding experience (preferably on steel).
Experience with hand and power tools.
Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and/or assembly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66000.00/yr.
Full company benefits from day 1 including health, vision, and dental. PTO and 401k are also effective day 1.

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,OH.
