ManpowerGroup Day Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Fairfield, Ohio
Are you a talented Maintenance Technician on the hunt for a day shift role with a GROWING organization who happens to also be an industry leader?
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our client, you will work with a strong team of production leaders to ensure that day to day production runs smoothly. In this important role, you’ll focus on troubleshooting and repair for one of the country’s largest poultry producers.
Highlights:
Day Shift, 8 Hour Schedule
VERY Competitive Pay Rates (Three Pay Levels Available, up to $40 per hour)

Key Job Functions Include:
Manufacturing equipment repair
Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
Mechanical diagnostics and repair
Wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. However, candidates with less experience will be considered if they are a team player and eager to learn!
