Aston Carter Order Specialist/Client Support in Fairfield, New Jersey

Job Title: Client Support/Order Management Specialist

Pay: $25-30/hr depending on experience

Location: Fairfield, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Promptly enter purchase orders to meet or exceed the agreed to service levels.

• Partner with Leads to guarantee Achievement of service level agreements.

• Ensure order entry, order tracking and delivery are on track and orders are completed in full, providing status updates throughout the process.

• Identify gaps in processes and partner with customer experience team to resolve.

• Ensure actions align with AAT strategy.

• Escalate issues as they arise in a timely matter to ensure agility and responsiveness

What is Required:

• 2+ years of experience of client success experience

• Experience with B2B customer success

• Bachelors Degree REQUIRED
