SGI Global LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to assist in the update and development of a Tactical Medical (TACMED) course. The position is part time.

Job Duties:

• Provide subject matter expertise and technical assistance to update the law enforcement training course.

• Responsible for updating all training materials as required by the client.

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, timeliness, and completion of all tasks.

• Complete draft lesson plans according to an agreed-upon Schedule.

• After completion of course update, present the updated presentation materials in abbreviated form as the course is intended to be delivered.

• Travel for both course design and walk-through meetings is required

  Job Requirements:

• Ten (10) years of Tactical Field medic work experience.

• Experience can include Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Medic, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) Medic, or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with tactical medical experience.

• If, after the above ten (10) years of mandatory work experience, the candidate can show continuous application of his/her professional expertise in a practical or teaching setting, civilian certifications are not required.

• However, if the candidate has had a professional gap of five (5) or more years applying this expertise s/he must provide either:

• Current State or National Registry of EMT (NREMT) Paramedic or Advanced EMT Certificate or

• Current NAEMT Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Instructor Certification. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
