What You’ll Do
As the Sous Chef you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including:
Assisting in the management of kitchen operations, food preparation, and quality control.
Leading and mentoring a talented culinary team to uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and specials that will excite and delight our guests.
Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring every dish meets our standards.
Overtime Eligible Manager : This position offers the opportunity for overtime pay based on the operational needs of the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role , preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position.
Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food.
Proven leadership and team management abilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the kitchen.
