Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a highly organized and responsible Office Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our day-to-day operations and maintaining an enriching, productive work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a small accounting firm you will be working with.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, including supplies procurement, space organization, and vendor coordination.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Team Coordination: Act as a liaison among departments to support collaboration and efficient communication across the organization.
Expense Management: Monitor budgets and oversee office expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations.
Event Planning: Organize company meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution and logistics.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot office issues and resolve challenges promptly to maintain productivity.
Respond to inbound calls providing necessary information and resolving inquiries
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting or expense tracking software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
Reliable and good with documentation
