Aston Carter Federal BD Reps in Fairfax, Virginia
Objective:
This position provides the opportunity to work on various aspects of contract efficiency, proposal collaboration, and project management. You will assist in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, coordinating with vendors and government personnel, and contributing to proposal writing for diverse industry needs. Your role will involve tracking deliveries, rentals, and events, as well as analyzing and aligning proposals with client requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols and documentation procedures.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily opportunities and notifications
Check award status of contract opportunities that are over a month old on Beta.SAM.gov
Send follow-up emails to KOs if not updated on Beta.SAM.gov
Update analytics dataset with contract information of awarded contracts (Wins and Losses) from a past quarter
Once added to the dataset, move losses down to correct sections if from a past quarter
Use tables and pivot tables to develop analytic data
Turn analytic data into charts and graphs
Skills & Qualifications:
Administrative support
Data entry
1 to 2 years of retail sales or client support experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Team player with a go-getter personality
Proficiency in Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
Work Environment:
On-site 5 days a week. The office is quiet as people are focused on their tasks, but they do make calls to targets and government clients. The team will be moving into a larger and newer office space by the summer.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting rate for this position is ranging between $20hr - $25hr
