MAG AH-64 E Instructor Pilot (Morocco) in FAIRFAX, Virginia
Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO) program and contingently hiring for an AH-64 Instructor Pilot (this is a flying position) who will reinforce the Royal Moroccan Air Force (RMAF) defense / threat capabilities concerning their usage of AH-64Ev6 Apache Attack Helicopters.
Most operations will take place at RMAF Attack Battalion in Khourigba, Morocco.
This is a full-time position with full benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Conduct readiness level progression, to include gunnery training strategy on RMAF aviators.
Conduct training on Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) planning.
Conduct training on Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) procedures and AH-64 tactical employment.
Conduct oral evaluations of all RMAF pilots in accordance with RMAF training and proficiency requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Served in US Military
Must have1500 total rotarywing flight experience
Must have300 cumulative AH-64D/E Instructor Pilotflight hours.
Must have experience as an Instructor Pilot (IP) at company level.
Certifications / Ratings:
Must be qualified in the AH-64E
Obtain and maintain a FAA Class II medical certificate.
Must be Rated in the AH-64Ev6
Security Clearance:
- Able to obtain a secret clearance in the future if needed
Other Qualifications:
US. Citizen
Must possess or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Passport.
Must possess or be capable of obtaining a Moroccan Visa.
Must provide proof of the following:
Military Service, (DD Form 214).
Aircraft Experience and Flight Hours, (DA Form 759, Logbooks).
Aircraft Qualification Course Certificate, (AH-64 E).
Instructor Pilot Course Certificate, (AH-64 E).
(Other), Aviation Certificates of Training and Qualifications.
Desired to have previous experience as an aviation Master Gunner
Desired to have served as an Aviation Tactical Operations (TACOPS) Officer
Desired (not required) previous Security Assistance Team experience.
Desired (not required) previous Foreign Military Sales Experience as an IP.
