Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Manager in Ewing, New Jersey. This role primarily involves handling a variety of contract-related tasks in the tech industry. As a part of our team, you will be expected to manage and negotiate legal terms and commercial contracts, while also ensuring the efficient automation of contract processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance-related projects and maintain the contract matter management database.

• Address areas of concern regarding individual contracts projects and communicate company contract policies to internal managers and employees.

• Draft and develop appropriate contract language to safeguard the assets and interests of the organization, under the direction of the General Counsel.

• Collaborate with other business units to clarify and accurately capture contractual terms.

• Store contracts within the designated contract database, adhering to corporate policies.

• Respond to customer queries regarding contractual terms and service level agreements independently.

• Facilitate meeting logistics, assist with agenda preparation, gather information, and prepare material.

• Represent the department at internal meetings, training sessions, and presentations.

• Implement processes and tools to enhance the contract administration function, after researching and developing them.

• Provide leadership and advice around contracts administration to business groups

Requirements

• NJ bar preferred but not required

• Expertise in Contract Administration

• Experience with Commercial and IT related Contracts

• Must be able to redline legal clauses and limitation of liability clauses

• Proficiency in Contract Compliance

• Expertise in Contract Management

• Knowledge of Contract Law

• Ability to perform Audit Compliance tasks

• Proficiency in Compliance tasks

• Experience with Commercial Agreements

• Ability to Draft Agreements

• Knowledge of Legal Agreements
