Job Title: Inventory and Warehouse Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-starting Inventory and Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strong execution of data and processes, operating from a company-wide perspective, and encouraging cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
Execute on various purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Essential Skills
1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in business software such as Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and team orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Proficiency in Excel functions including sum functions, applying filters, formatting, and basic calculations.
Experience with pallet jacks and inventory management.
Computer proficiency.

Work Environment
You will be working in a warehouse environment with various shifts available: 7am-5:30pm (Sun-Wed) or (Wed-Sat), 10am-6:30pm (Mon-Fri), 3pm-1:30am (Sun-Wed) or (Wed-Sat), and 3pm-1:30am (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri). The role involves working with inventory 80% of the time and kitting and operating pallet jacks/forklifts 20% of the time.

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
