Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Everett, Washington

Description The HRIS & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization’s HRIS system, submitting EEO and other reports, and the initial part of the recruitment process (job posting) to assist programs in sourcing candidates through various channels and retaining the top talent.

Principal Activities:

o Support and maintain specific HRIS applications and modules in Paycom: position management, talent acquisition and performance management.

o Manage permissions, access and other system operations and settings for Paycom users.

o Set up custom functions and documentation such as notifications, reports, filters, and various forms.

o Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.

o Assist in the development of procedures and training documents and imparting knowledge through training the users.

o Coordinate with hiring managers job requisition requirements and selection criteria.

o Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System

o Review job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.

o Prepare and submit workforce demographic reports (EEO), Affirmative Action Plan, and other HR related reports to ensure the agency stays in compliance.
