Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has exciting opportunities for Experienced Quality Systems Specialists (Level 3) to join our 747/767 Core Quality team in Everett, WA .

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about problem solving, system thinking, engaging with cross functional teams throughout the production system doing complex data analysis to improve our product quality, quality management system, and production system.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are implemented and executed.

  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations for process improvement and root cause corrective action.

  • Utilize Systematic Problem Solving techniques to identify root causes and develop preventative and corrective actions with stakeholders and see those solutions through to implementation and verification of effectiveness.

  • Use statistical methods and quality tools to continuously improve process capability and optimize verification methods.

  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with QMS (Quality Management System).

  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions.

  • 3+ years of experience working with statistical data analysis and presenting the results.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Familiar with Boeing Process and Procedures.

  • Experience in the Boeing Problem Solving Methods (BPSM)

  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated strong data analytical skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving and organization skills.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $86,700 - $117,300
