Job Description Summary
This role is part of the Test Cell and Labs team within GE Aviation Edison Works Advanced Program Digital Technology. You will engage business stakeholders, Test Cell teams, Information Assurance/Security members, and other Secure Digital TPM’s to ensure that we deploy and maintain digital technology in compliance with an air-gapped environment.
You will be responsible for defining requirements and delivering secure digital solutions for Engine Test Cells as well as optimally sustain products once delivered. You will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of product features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture
Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes
Define robust processes for requirements interpretation, intake, validation, prioritization, and backlogging
Collaborate with business and functional partners across GE businesses and technology leadership in defining technical requirements for Test Cell environments
Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all projects within the program
Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts to deliver specialized hardware & software solutions
Manage project risks, scope changes, timelines, and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project, and stakeholder progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership
Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with cross functional team and/or performing hands on technical execution when needed
Possesses an understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product
Demonstrates business acumen, knows latest industry trends, and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
Demonstrate persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams
Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products
Owns the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases including backlog
Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance
Export Control Required
Active US DOD Security Clearance
Understanding and knowledge of DT Security control frameworks (i.e. NIST, ISO, etc.) as well regulatory requirements impacting DT systems (i.e. DFARS, ITAR, DoD/MoD, etc.)
Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
Solid leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
Self-starter who collaborates well with others to solve problems
Track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
Background or experience in hardware architecture and/or software support within a research/development environment
Experience working within an Agile framework and using tools such as Rally, Jira, Aha!, etc.
PMP, Scrum Master, Security+, or related Project Management certifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with a minimum of 4 years professional experience OR Associate's degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School diploma with a minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and Digital Technology.
