The Hertz Corporation Contract & Lease Analyst in Estero, Florida

  • Responsible for maintaining the database system (Costar Real Estate Manager) for owned, leased and concession (hotel, airport, and other concession) properties in North America & Canada.

  • Review and Analyze Lease Documents (Leases, Amendments, Renewals, Subleases) and Airport Concession Agreements.

  • Perform the Abstraction of Lease data and payment set up for all North American Locations including Airports.

  • Review invoices, statements, and payment adjustments; including monthly recurring rents, one-time payments, and rent adjustments.

  • Review and prepare annual NNN reconciliations according to lease requirements, in addition to reconciling unbalanced ledgers.

  • Manage Hertz/Landlord payment relationship to include resolving Landlord related disputes in accordance with lease provisions.

  • Resolving rent and other payment related landlord/tenant issues and discrepancies.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree (Associates is acceptable with prior work experience).

  • Must have a working knowledge with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel & Outlook.

Salary range starts at $60,000/yr
