Robert Half Contract Analyst/ Lease Administrator in Estero, Florida
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Analyst/Lease Administrator to join our team in Estero, Florida. This Contract position offers an excellent opportunity to manage lease and concession agreements while contributing to key operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease administration, document review, and payment reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized database for owned, leased, and concession properties, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Review and abstract lease and concession agreements, including amendments, subleases, and related documentation.
• Process and review invoices, statements, and payment adjustments for accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlord payment relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely disbursements.
• Resolve landlord and tenant disputes related to rent and other payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
• Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with strong data entry skills.
• Familiarity with lease and contract review processes, including document abstraction.
• Prior paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
