Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Operator in the Wire Bond Department, you will be responsible for the packaging and assembly of semiconductor devices. Your training will cover areas including Silicon Die Attach, Plastic Encapsulation/Lid Seal, Surface Mount, and Plastic Package Decapsulation. You will work under a microscope for extended periods and follow both written and verbal instructions. Your duties will include running existing automated die attach and/or wire bond processes in a production setting, performing manual and automated component assembly of microelectronic devices, and operating automated adhesive dispense and die attach equipment. You will also operate automated wire bond and wedge bond equipment, support automated die attach and wire bond processes to maintain product flow, and provide feedback for process improvements.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Escondido, California.
Work Environment
You will work in a cleanroom environment with full PPE including gloves, lab coat, face mask, and shoe covers. There are two openings, one on the 1st shift (8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday) and one on the 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday), with training for two weeks on the 1st shift. This is an ITAR facility.
