Cartamundi Warehouse Admin in Erlanger, Kentucky

The WAREHOUSE ADMIN will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, confirming bills of lading, and posting goods on orders. Also performs packaging changes and prints labels as necessary and is responsible for monitoring email traffic for the Warehouse team and specifically, communications and facilitator of paperwork for outbound shipments.
What you’ll do as a WAREHOUSE ADMIN :
Monitoring warehouse emails and supporting actions from: Retail Sales, Casino Sales, International Sales, and Planning team.
Confirm all outbound paperwork is accurate; BOL, Packing Slip, Commercial Invoice, etc.
Support the Traffic Coordinator regarding communications of carrier arrivals
Scheduling outbound shipments on various web portals.
Various tasks to support the Warehouse team
We’re looking for a WAREHOUSE ADMIN with:
Knowledge
Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Comfortable with learning Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically SAP
Skills
Self-directed and able to safely work at a pace that meets or exceeds the departmental standards
Able to read, understand and follow written instructions
Able to perform basic math functions
Team-oriented, has excellent attendance, and professional communication skills
High attention to details
Can work flexible hours with minimal notice

Physical requirements and working conditions:
Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
This WAREHOUSE ADMIN position is located on-site in our LOCATION facility
