Sr. System Analyst H2R – Solution Delivery

Position Summary:
The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Solution Delivery Organization, an Sr. System analyst will analyze business processes and working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP process and systems solutions which enable ADM’s strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide deep SAP functional & technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) area, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across other SAP SuccessFactors modules and technical components.
Participate in design, development, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (E2E- end -to- end), ensuring alignment with business requirements., providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
Work with delivery team members to ensure adherence to ADM delivery processes, maintain the quality of delivered solutions, appropriately govern customizations, and validate specified functionality through comprehensive test plans
Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area
Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.
Support security team by defining business needs for user roles
Support project implementation transition to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and deployment strategies.
Oversee the migration, validation, and transformation of data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality data integrity.
Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.
Job Requirements:
8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules are highly preferred.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Module certifications are preferred.
Experience with payroll integrations involving applications such as Workforce Software (WFS), benefits systems, and taxation platforms is highly advantageous.
3-5 full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors project implementation.
Experience with multi-country deployments in complex HR environments.
Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$92,800.00 - $169,600.00
