SAP Basis Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Perform day-to-day BASIS support activities. Contribute in efforts to develop, implement, and monitor consistent architectural standards across the SAP landscape. Plan maintenance and other SAP application-specific technical support tasks, including updates and upgrades. Define and support SAP technical best practices. Organize work of technical support team who execute BASIS support tasks. Work closely with architecture and implementation teams to lead delivery of BASIS support for the S/4 HANA environment. Update incident, problem and service tickets, and document resolution in service management tool. Ensure completeness, accuracy, standards, and content of deliverables. Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards. Ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to standards. Recommend new technologies based on company needs.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:• Supporting SAP on-premise and cloud platforms;• SAP BASIS administration with HANA.Must have experience or knowledge with/in:• Solution Manager and CHaRM processes;• Defining and operating SAP transport paths in a complex technical architecture;• System sizing, storage management, database sizing/management, backups, and disaster recovery for SAP systems;• Working with Service-based API’s, such as SOAP;• SAP Tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging related to system performance; and• Configuring SAP identity management and SAP Single sign-on.To apply, mail resume to: Christina Hetzer, ADM; PO BOX 1470, Decatur, IL 62525 (reference: KY0091).
