Job Description:

MADJV Applications Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Collaborate with Global Technology’s core Merger and Acquisition (M&A) team and Application Leaders to enable the standard methodology for application deployment to support business integration. Support migration strategies during a Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestitures/Join Ventures (“MADJV”) event. Analyze MADJV target applications to identify and prioritize the implementation roadmap. Define, implement, and maintain processes that adhere to a qualitative standard. Leverage the insights and experience of Solution Delivery Leadership and Application Services to formulate effective application ecosystem strategies. Assist with the development of standard processes for the delivery of Application Solution Services M&A activities. Develop, maintain, and communicate information produced during the due diligence phase for use by the Global Technology organization in the delivery of application solutions and roadmap alignment. Convert complex information into actionable insights and items.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus five (5) years of related work experience in the delivery of IT applications and systems. In the alternative, employer will accept seven (7) years of related work experience in the delivery of IT applications and systems.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in the following:

  • Providing technical expertise in Statements of Work (SoW) provided by 3rd Party service providers;

  • Utilizing 3rd party service providers across a solution landscape;

  • Ensuring production of Applications Solution Services related deliverables such as: applications architecture diagrams, interface mappings, and technical and infrastructure documentation;

  • Utilizing SAP S4, JD Edwards, or IBM to configure business processes to applications;

  • Conducting system designing and ERP blue printing;

  • Leveraging knowledge of Cloud to determine application architecture; and

  • Applying middleware tools SOA, Azure, or PI/PO to interface design. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
