ADM is seeking a developer to assist in our ERP and cloud transformation and sustainment activities.
This role will be focused in Azure development and will build according to ADM and industry integration standards. We will utilize these standards to design solutions that meet operational requirements including scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability. The role is responsible for reviewing and performing the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of designs and provides oversight of applications. Candidate should be able to communicate well and thrive in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall Integration development for solutions within their scope and working within a complex, large-scale project ecosystem
Work closely with technical, functional and architecture teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with Azure best practices.
5-8 years of experience designing and building enterprise solutions on Azure Cloud Platform using services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure API Management, Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL DB, Azure Blob Storage, and more.
Leverages and promotes application integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions
Broad understanding of Azure Integration Services and cross-functional and technical integration aspects
Provide technology guidance, road-maps, principles, standards, and best practices
Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
Required Skills:
8 years of experience with cloud technologies and/or application development platforms including PaaS, iPaas, Containers, Serverless, APIs, Microservices, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Minimum 5- 8 years of experience designing and building enterprise solutions on Azure Cloud Platform using services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure API Management, Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL DB, Azure Blob Storage, or other enterprise integration platforms.
5+ years’ experience working with Cloud and automation technologies, such as Azure, GCP, Git, ADO, Terraform and other technologies that facilitate technical implementation of DevOps.
Proven experience in setting up Azure infrastructure components such as VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Azure DNS, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, and Private Endpoints.
Hands-on experience with migrating on-premise applications and workloads to Azure Cloud ecosystem.
Understanding of core concepts including content-based routing, message enrichment, message transformation, etc.
Knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSD , SOAP , JSON , REST and ODATA Services.
Knowledge of Security Standards - SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc.,
Knowledge of major communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, JMS etc.,
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives – 5-10%.
Nice to Have:
Must have an active Azure Certification (AZ-204 preferred).
Strong understanding of Application to Application integration, Application Architecture, Exposure to Data modeling and data architecture.
Experience working in SAP landscape
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and containerized application development using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps.
Experience with configuration/automation technologies like Powershell, Terraform, ARM Templates, Biceps, Puppets

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$86,600.00 - $154,700.00
