We currently have an opportunity for an Export Agent . As an Export Agent you will verify tariffs, weight, and volume of merchandise exported to foreign destinations. Examines various documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements. Ensures compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of exporting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify shipment documents for accuracy

• Assign shipments for correction

• Ensure correct and accurate information transmitted in DHL Clearance

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), navigation of various data and web-based applications

• Good written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills

• Time Management / Good attendance history

• Fluency in a foreign language (Not required)
